Build a House

Could you build your own house?  Could you build all the things you would need to survive?

Clearing the land

Finding the right land to build and live was not that easy. Having a water source, land to farm, and land for animals was very important.  Once located, much work was needed to clean the land.  Chopping down the trees and removing the stumps was your first job.  

Preparing the logs

After cutting down the trees, you will need to select the ones that will be suitable to build your house.  Soothing out both sides to make the log lighter and then making the very important notching the ends and finally prepping the foundation with large rocks.

Building the Structure

Your job is to provide a house for your family to live in.  Because there are trees 

Building what was needed

After building your house, you will need to make tables and chairs, beds, and wash sinks.
